Human Giant Tonight!

Too literal? I can never tell...So here's my final post about the MTV gig I had. My girlfriend and I were lucky to get the chance to produce 2 seconds of animation for a new sketch comedy show called "Human Giant." 4 days and 40+ hours later we had a clip of a guy getting hit by a car. We got to meet the guys from the show and the whole thing is hilarious. They are really cool guys so please check it out. Personally, I think it's pretty rad and the fact that it's going to air tonight gets me excited. I invite you all to check it out on MTV tonight at 10:30pm est. Enjoy! "My name's Leroy and I'm a space giraffe! I love earth candy...especially candy canes." He wouldn't let me post his picture if I didn't quote him. You might be wondering where his legs are. FACT: Space Giraffes don't have legs, they use the lower half of their bodies in similar ways to slugs...but with less goo.

So this is my 100th post! That means I have some form of consistency in my life! A huge thank you to everyone who has followed my work for the past hundred days, or just started to look at what I'm up to. I hope to make you smile for another hundred days or so...after that you're on your own...

I am 8-BIT

Today I decided to enter a contest sponsored by IGN and gallery 1988. This piece is entitled "Spin-Off." The idea is to create artwork related to 8-Bit graphics games such as the one featured above. If you can't figure out who it is, you might want to consider renting property that isn't located in a cave. I'll post an update if I happen to win any goofy prizes. This was originally going to be called "Queens." I drew this while listening to the news describe a three alarm house fire that broke out in Queens New York. The idea was to draw three fraternal queen sisters. Then I let my pen do the talking. This is the bastard child of my thoughts and my hand.
